The converter service uses SharpDevelop's NRefactory dll to perform the conversion. SharpDevelop IDE is an open source alternative to Visual studio. For the conversion to work properly, you have to paste valid source code. Note that the conversion is not perfect (ie references to external references can be guessed only), however, if you encounter a problem such as a wrongly converted statement, please provide your feedback to the bug reporting forum so that the conversion can be improved further.
